Thomas Linklater of Pelican Narrows won $10,000 in the Border Explorers Snowmobile Club. Member Dwayne Wenger presented the cheque to the lucky winner, who had the choice of cash or a 2014 Polaris Adventure snow machine. Linklater’s ticket was selected from 1,225 others.
