Enrollment in Flin Flon schools is down for the seventh consecutive year. A total of 1,437 students currently attend the five schools, a drop of 27 over last year. Enrollment consists of 437 students at Hapnot Collegiate; 167 at Many Faces Education Centre; 416 at McIsaac School Ecole McIsaac; 226 at Ruth Betts School; and 191 at Parkdale School. Since 1993, overall enrollment has dropped by 376 students, including a loss of 209 pupils since 1999. The most sizable one-year loss of students over the past decade occurred in 1994, when enrollment dropped by 98 from 1993. Student numbers at Creighton Community School have also been declining. From 1997 to March of 2003, enrollment went down 111 students.
