An anonymous tip has led police to the last of three inmates who fled The Pas Correctional Institute last month. RCMP arrested Samuel Dysart, 29, without incident Tuesday morning in a Thompson apartment, CBC reported. Dysart and two other inmates escaped from the medium-security facility on June 30, reportedly forcing their way through a gate. One of the men turned himself in on July 1, while police captured the other in The Pas the following day.
