This Saturday, January 15, I will be leaving for Kerala State in India for two weeks.Ê The purpose of my visit will be to do pastor training conferences and gospel crusades in this needy area of the world. Ê While I am in India I will be visiting the area of Kerala State that was hit by the Tsunami and will be helping the victims by providing cooking kits.Ê The camp that I am visiting has about 10,000 people who have been displaced and who have lost everything.Ê These kits (pictured), which cost about $20 CDN, contain pots, utensils, plates, beverage containers and so forth, and will help the families to make the transition to independence. We have raised money for about 50 kits so far, but are working towards raising enough for 500 kits. When I return I will provide pictures of what I have seen in India.
