Submitted by Northlands College Six students recently graduated from the Electrical Applied Certificate program with Northlands College, which ran Sept. 6, 2011 to Feb. 3, 2012. The program was accredited by Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology (SIAST) and funded by the Advanced Education, Employment and Immigration and Northlands College. The course is intended to provide students with entry level skill training. They learn how to make electrical installations and perform maintenance duties according to industry standards.
