The Hapnot school gym was packed on Tuesday, Dec.15 as students, and even a few teachers, took to the stage for the school’s annual Xmas Xcitement concert.
Staff organizer Natalie Milligan says there were about 17 acts featuring students of all ages, highlighting popular rock, pop and country songs.
The afternoon included videos and improv acts, and off-stage art as well: four students created live visual artwork during the show, using various media, including acrylics, pastels and graphic art.
The show wrapped up with an enthusiastic performance of “Twist and Shout” by a collection of Hapnot teachers.
