Daylight saving time returns to Manitoba early in the morning of this Sunday, April 4, when clocks across the province will be advanced one hour. Under the Official Time Act, daylight saving time takes effect the first Sunday in April and continues until the last Sunday in October. This year, the precise time change occurs at 2 a.m. Sunday, April 4, at which time clocks are advanced to 3 a.m.
