When Flin Flon city council unveiled its Clean and Green beautification strategy last month, Coun. Colleen McKee referenced other communities that allow people to book civic tours.
Now that option is coming to Flin Flon – only no booking is required.
As part of Clean and Green, the city is sponsoring four upcoming tours of Flin Flon between June 18 and July 2. Local historian Gerry Clark will lead the way.
There will be no fee to attend. Those interested in going on a tour will meet at Pioneer Square at the scheduled time. For more information, see the City of Flin Flon ad on page 20.
