Residents in search of answers in their lives are invited to sign up for one of three Christian courses at the Flin Flon Alliance Church. The courses beginning Tuesday evening consist of Alpha, an introduction to Christianity; its in-depth follow-up, Purpose-Driven Life; and Quest, a similar course aimed at teenagers. "If you're curious about the purpose of life, I think all three courses address that," said the church's Pastor Doug Smith, adding that the sessions will allow people to study faith in a non-judgemental environment. He said this will be the first time the Purpose-Driven Life course will be offered in Flin Flon complete with videos produced by the course founder. The courses will run once a week for 11 weeks beginning with a meal at 6 p.m. "It's offered at our church but it's interdenominational," noted Pastor Smith.
