One of Flin Flon's busiest charities is searching for missing donations. Habitat 53, the local branch of Habitat for Humanity, says one of its donation buckets disappeared from The Unwinder about a month ago. The organization's Kathy McCormick did not know how much money was in the bucket, an old ice cream pail with the Habitat 53 logo on it. Habitat 53 is also searching for a round, outdoor concrete table that went missing from outside its ReStore the last week of September. The ornamental table had birdhouses and the word 'Welcome' painted on it. Habitat 53 asks that the donation bucket be returned to The Unwinder and the table returned to the ReStore, located in the brown building at the rear of the old armoury property. ReStore, which sells used household items, recently closed for the season.
