What is supposed to be the happiest time of the year was anything but for the victim of a home robbery last week. Sometime between Christmas evening and early Boxing Day morning, one or more thieves entered a South Hudson Street home and made off with money, electronics and liquor. The occupant was not home as the person or persons entered through a basement window and proceeded to rummage through his private property. The theft occurred sometime between 6 p.m. on Christmas Day and 5:30 a.m. the following morning, said Flin Flon RCMP. Police are continuing with their investigation and welcome any tips from the public. Anyone with information on the break-in is encouraged to contact Flin Flon RCMP at 687-7488. Tips may also be directed to Manitoba Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).12/30/2003
