A Flin Flon pool party turned scary last week when police say a seven-year-old boy was observed to be unresponsive and floating in the water.
He was pulled from the pool, underwent CPR and began breathing before being transported to Flin Flon General Hospital and
then airlifted to Winnipeg, said RCMP spokesman Sgt. Bert Paquet.
Paquet had no update on the boy’s condition as of press time Thursday.
Flin Flon RCMP were called to the Victoria Inn to respond to the incident last Friday, March 11. It is not considered suspicious.
Paquet said the incident happened at about 5:30 pm.
