Artificial intelligence invaded theatres over the weekend when Will Smith's latest actioneer "I, Robot" debuted in top spot at the box office. The futuristic, special effects-laiden hit took in an estimated $52.2 million while receiving many positive reviews. The film knocked "Spider-Man 2" from first place, with the web-slinging sequel grossing $24.2 million in second spot. "A Cinderella Story" proved there's still life in that old fairy tale, opening in third with $13.8 million. Not far behind was Will Ferrell's goofy "Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy," which took in $13.4 million in its second weekend in theatres. The controversial "Fahrenheit 9/11," Michael Moore's take on the Bush administration, rounded out the top five with a $7 million gross. Rounding out the top ten were "King Arthur" ($6.93 million); "The Notebook" ($5.45 million); "White Chicks" ($3.4 million); "Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story" ($3.23 million); and "The Terminal" ($3.1 million).
