Nicolas Cage continues to dominate the U.S. box office, as his "National Treasure" finished in top spot for the third straight weekend. The action flick, about a man trying to steal the Declaration of Independence to preserve its hidden treasure map, grossed an estimated $17.1 million. Coming in second place was the Tim Allen comedy "Christmas with the Kranks," which brought in $11.7 million. Another holiday-themed offering, "The Polar Express," featuring the voice of Tom Hanks, wasn't far behind with $11 million. The computer-animated superhero feature "The Incredibles" continued its incredible run with $9.16 million, good for fourth spot. The film has now made $226 million, earning it a spot in the top 50 highest-grossing pictures of all time. "The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie," based on the popular cartoon series, rounded out the top five with $7.8 million. Rounding out the top ten were: "Closer" ($7.7 million); "Alexander" ($4.72 million); "Finding Neverland" ($2.85 million); "Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason" ($2.8 million); and "Ray" ($1.9 million).
