Children in Creighton are being rewarded for playing it safe while riding their bikes. Creighton Community School is making coupons available to adults, who are to present them to youngsters who are spotted practicing bike safety. "If you see a kid riding a bike safely, give them a coupon and they can bring it to the office and be recognized," said vice-principal Robert Bratvold, adding that all coupons will be entered into a draw for a bike. Safe bicycling can include using hand signals, following the rules of the road, and walking a bike when it is safer to do so. Creighton residents may pick up the coupons at Creighton Community School.
