A summary of calls to the Flin Flon RCMP for the period of Dec. 29 to Jan. 3:
Monday, Dec. 29
• Report received of an assault on Hudson Street. Police attended to speak with the complainant who stated that he had no idea who hit him, no idea when it happened and no idea where it happened. No injuries were observed on the complainant.
• Report received of an intoxicated male kicking at a door on Church Street. Police attend and located the male. Due to concerns of frostbite, police took the male to the hospital where he was checked and cleared. En route to lodging the male in cells, another intoxicated male was observed stumbling down Church Street. Both were lodged until sober.
• 911 call received from a residence on Hill Street. Investigation revealed the call was unfounded.
Tuesday, Dec. 30
• Report received of a tire that fell of a vehicle while travelling down Highway 10. No injuries reported.
• Report received of break and enter in progress at a residence on Main Street. Investigation revealed that a male had been knocking at the door and not attempting to break in.
• Report received of an intoxicated male at a Main Street service provider. Police attended and the male was arrested and lodged until sober.
• Report received of an assault on Hudson Street. Police attended and the subject of complaint had left. Alcohol is believed to be a factor. The matter is still under investigation.
Wednesday, Dec. 31
• Report received of a purse that was stolen during a house party on Hapnot Street. The purse was located a short time later by the complainant.
• Report received of an intoxicated patient that had been cleared medically by hospital staff. Police attended but the male had since left and could not be located.
• Report received of an overdue traveller from Winnipeg.
• Report received of an intoxicated male causing a disturbance at a Main Street establishment. Police attended but the male had left with a sober friend.
Thursday, Jan. 1
• Police responded to a family dispute on Adams Street that turned violent.
• Report received of people walking down Church Street yelling.
• Snowmobiler stopped on Third Avenue. Investigation revealed the driver to be impaired by alcohol.
• Report received of vehicle tires that were slashed on Hapnot Street. The matter is under investigation.
• Report received of a small dog that was left in a vehicle on Green Street. Police attended but the vehicle was not located.
• Police attended a collision on Bellevue Avenue. Two vehicles attempted to pass each other but there was not enough room. No injuries reported.
• Report received of an intoxicated male passed out in a snow bank on Adams Street.
• Police responded to suicide threats on Phelan Avenue.
Friday, Jan. 2
• Police responded to a disturbance at Aspen Grove. A male was located and arrested carrying a baseball bat. Investigation revealed that he had been involved in an altercation at an apartment and was now going back to continue the fight with a weapon.
• Police responded to a 911 call at a city facility on Bay Avenue. Investigation revealed technical issues with the phone line.
• Report received of an intoxicated male kicking the ATMs at a Main Street bank. The male was arrested and lodged until morning. He will be charged with mischief and breaching court orders.
Saturday, Jan. 3
• Report of a disturbance at Aspen Grove. An intoxicated male was arrested and lodged till sober.
• An intoxicated male attended the detachment reporting that he had no place to stay the night. Police lodged the male till sober.
• Report received of an erratic driver on his way to Flin Flon from Denare Beach. The vehicle was not located.
• Report received of an intoxicated female that was cleared medically by hospital staff. The female was transported to a friend who agreed to supervise the female.
Sunday, Jan. 4
