Over 4,000 meatballs were made last week in preparation for tonight's Alpha supper at the Flin Flon Community Hall. Planners are hoping for 300 or more guests to show up tonight at 6 p.m. for the fall kick-off of Alpha. Adults and teens will share the meal together as well as the introductions for the evening. Following that, the teens will head off up to the green room to hang out and listen to "PD" (aka Pastor Doug Smith), while the adults will remain behind to watch the first Alpha video. Every adult and teen in our area is invited to supper! If you decide you want to attend the Alpha course, there will be sign up sheets for you to register. For more information or to register call Sally Rood at 687-3858 or look us up on the web at flinflonalpha.com Pictured making the meatballs are (left to right) Sue Ricard; Anita Garuk; Sheila Adams; Tammy Lyons; Florence Stewart; and Trudie Klause.
