Organizers for the Flin Flon Rotary Air Show confirm the show will proceed today as scheduled.
Some rain has been reported at the Flin Flon Airport site, but conditions are expected to be clear for takeoff.
According to Environment Canada, today’s forecast includes some showers and a risk of a thunderstorm in the afternoon, but the evening forecast does not call for rain until early Thursday morning, giving the Snowbirds and spectators good weather for the air show. The temperature is slated to be around 20 degrees Celsius at show time.
Buses to the air show site are available at Walmart and will leave for the site once full. The buses will be available until 6 pm tonight. Tickets are available at the door.
