Hapnot Collegiate’s Dinner Theatre presented Sympathy Jones: Super Secret Agent Musical last week.

It was the story of a spy agency receptionist who feels she is more valuable than a mere typist.

Aimee Roy, as Sympathy Jones, captivated the audience with her attempt to bring down Kitty Hawk and her plan to alter time.

Hawk, played by Jayde Clendenning, worked alongside boyfriend Tick Tock to steal a watch, created by her ex-husband, that would turn back time.

The comedic styles of Mackenzie Grove delighted the audience. She played Henry Greene, a new-to-the-business spy at The Agency.

Indra Wood was both funny and delightful as she sang and secured a husband in spy Nick Steele, played by Brandon Kolt.

Clendenning worked her magic over guards from S.C.R.A.T.C.H (Secret Coalition For Revenge, Assassination, Terrorism, Counterintelligence and Heists) as they followed her every word.

Dinner Theatre was held Wednesday and Thursday in the school gymnasium. Audience members brought their own appetizers for the show.
