Creighton Recreation will welcome back the show to the Creighton Copper Fair, which last was held in 2011 on a three-year cycle.

Creighton Recreation’s Channa Senyk and Crystal Banting are encouraging local artists as well as those from the outlying area to submit entries.

For now, Banting says, artists should begin the thought process of what they will submit.

A dozen categories will divide the art, ranging from Sketching to Textiles to Photography and Traditional Culture Arts.

The showcase will be held at the Creighton Sportex with a portion of the layout devoted to the Juried Art Show and the rest devoted to various home businesses and crafts.

Creighton Recreation held the last fair in 2011, when 42 artists submitted more than 115 entries.

The Creighton Copper Fair had 14 merchandise tables.
