Blake Emmit Webber was the second baby born at the Flin Flon General Hospital in 2015 – just a few hours after the first baby of the year. Parents Ashley Hansen and Dustin Webber of Flin Flon accepted gifts from the North Star Rebekah Lodge, presented by Eileen Jessup (left) and Amy Ruckle. Blake was born Jan. 7 at 8:46 pm weighing seven pounds seven ounces and measuring 20.74 inches long. The first baby of the year, Rayne Ballantyne, was born to Candace Ballantyne and Ryan Sewap of Deschambault Lake.
