Second fall luncheon hosts 65 guests

The second Flin Flon luncheon of the fall season was held at the Viscount Gort Hotel on Friday, Nov. 2 with 65 guests in attendance for a roast beef dinner in the Viscount Room on the second floor of the hotel.

The second Flin Flon luncheon of the fall season was held at the Viscount Gort Hotel on Friday, Nov. 2 with 65 guests in attendance for a roast beef dinner in the Viscount Room on the second floor of the hotel.

The event included four first-time guests. Ian Robertson’s wife, Colleen joined alongside Ed Torz, Jeff Whitbread, and Caren Queau. There were also two guests from Flin Flon, Bryan Dixon and Frank Gira.

Organizers are hoping for a record crowd at their Christmas luncheon at the Viscount Gort, which is scheduled for noon on Friday, Dec. 7 in Ballroom A. Cost of the lunch is $22.

Organizers want an accurate count of attendees to ensure the hotel chef prepares enough food.
