Ruth Betts Community School pulled through for the Lord’s Bounty Food Bank this holiday season with their Farm to School fundraiser. Students, parents and teachers sold over 200 grocery bags of fresh produce through the Farm to School fundraiser. The school donated just shy of 70 bags of fresh produce – including carrots and potatoes – to the Lord’s Bounty Food Bank with the help of the United Steelworkers Local 7106 volunteers. Pictured with the bags of food are school and union representatives, including Ruth Betts community connector Larace Osika (back, second from left) and union president Tom Davie (far right).Kelly Oswald
