In loving memory of Archie Mardell, husband, father and grandfather, who passed away November 28, 2001. November comes with deep regret, A time in our lives we will not forget, We hold our tears when we say your name, But the ache in our hearts remains the same. You were husband and father Who always made things right, Who gave and shared, listened and cared, And made the whole world bright. You were husband and father Who knew just what to do, Who sheltered and guided, protected and provided And made each of our dreams come true. And then your heart stopped beating, Your hard working hands were put to rest, God called you into His garden, For He only takes the best. Gone are the days we used to share, But in our hearts you are always there, Unseen and unheard but you're here, Still missed and loved and forever dear. Holidays, birthdays and all that we do, Brings us tears and memories of you, Memories are treasures no one can steal, Just as heartaches no one can heal. The gates of memories never close, We miss you more than anyone knows. As for those who have husband and father, Should treasure him with care, For you will never know his value Until he's no longer there. Lovingly remembered and forever missed by Lil Dear Dad. The second year has ended Without you by our side So many times we've missed you So many times we cried. You did so many things for us Your heart always kind and true And when we needed someone the most We could always count on you. Those special years will not return When we were all together But with the love within our hearts You will be with us forever. Always thought of with a smile, Diana, Dan and Joshua Our dad, He left us quietly, His thoughts unknown, But left us a memory, We are proud to own; So treasure him Lord, In your garden of rest, For when on earth, He was one of the best. Always remembered and never forgotten, Jim and Laura-Jean Our grandpa, Grandpa is such a special word, A word that brings to mind, A big warm smile, a helping hand A way of being kind. Devotion to the family A word of patience too, "Grandpa" is such a special word, Because it stands for "you". Love forever, Alyssa and Amanda In loving memory of my dear dad who passed away November 28, 2001. Deep in my heart lies a picture, Of my father laid to rest, In memory's frame I will keep it, Because he was the best. These very treasured memories, I will keep my whole life through, And the sweetness will linger forever, As I treasure the image of you. Sadly missed, Beverley and Troy
