Former Flin Flon resident, Nellie Petryk will be celebrating a special birthday soon, and has written to The Reminder asking anyone who wants to keep in touch with her at this time, to drop her a line, or even a birthday card! "I have a very special birthday coming up and I'll never have another one like this, with my 11 sevens, 3 elevens, and a lucky charm to go with it," she writes. The lucky charm was being born with a vale over her head which, her mother told her, was very rare. Continues Nellie: "I was born on November the 7th, 1926. I was born at 7 p.m. and I am the 7th child of nine. I am going to be 77 years old coming up. Both of my sons were baptized on November 7th, my oldest brother, William, was 7 years older than me. I have been going around with a friend for 7 years and he also is 77 years old.
