Dave Edwards (left) and Rod Walker served up pancakes and sausages at the Anglican Parish of St. Peter and St. James’ Shrove Tuesday supper this week. Also known as Pancake Tuesday, the event allowed guests to fill up on flapjacks ahead of Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent.
