95th Birthday On October 18, 2003, Dorothy Biggs celebrated her 95th birthday in London, Ontario, with 80 family and friends joining with her at a come and go reception. Family that attended included daughter Maureen; daughter Barbara; niece Glenda Peardon from Edmonton; grandsons Mark and wife Andrea McDowell; Craig and Trevor McDowell all from Arizona; Scott Cockburn and wife Angela from Waterdown, ON; great granddaughters Jenna Cockburn and Kayla Cockburn; Gordon Cockburn from Windsor, ON; granddaughters Lori Cockburn from London, ON; and Gillian Biggs from Vancouver, daughter of Monty Biggs (deceased); Charlie Goldsmith and wife Lorraine from Hamilton; Beryl Watts (goldsmith) and husband John from Tonawanda, NY; Marion (Leask) Willis from St. Thomas, ON and sister Joan from Hamilton; and nieces Leon from Harrisburg, PA and Irene from Kitchener, ON; and Myrna Waldroff (Longmore) from Calgary. Also Sola Wong from New York was there (she once worked at the Flin Flon Hospital).
