For only $20, how would you like the chance to win a 2006 Ford Focus? That is the car being raffled off in the Flin Flon Lions Club's summer draw. "Tickets are going very well," said Steve Spring, president of the service club. "I'm very impressed." Spring had no expectations for the summer raffle that normally doesn't sell well. During the Leisure Show, Spring himself sold four books, which contain 30 tickets each. "It's really important ," he said of selling the tickets. "We do a lot of community-minded stuff." On July 2, someone will become the owner of the Focus. The draw will take place at Northland Ford at 4 p.m. People can purchase tickets right up to five minutes before the draw happens. They are available at local businesses or from a Lions member.
