This year's New Year's Baby was born to Justin Halcrow of Pelican Narrows and Mandy Ballantyne of Deschambault Lake. Mandy gave birth to a son, Justin Ryan Halcrow-Ballantyne, on Thursday, January 1, 2004, at 11:38 a.m. Justin weighed nine pounds and one ounce. Justin is the couple's first child.
