He said Parliament will resume Oct. 4. Regina - Police in Regina are investigating what they call unexplained comings and goings on the night Tamra Jewel Keepness disappeared. Police Chief Cal Johnston says the family will be re-interviewed. Tamra's stepfather, Dean McArthur told the National Post the family have become "key targets" of the police investigation. McArthur said his wife was not home on the night in question and that their 11-year-old daughter has been pressured by police to implicate them. Tamra disappeared from her bedroom on July 5 and was reported missing by her family the next day. Montreal - An overnight curfew that the Quebec town of Huntingdon wants to impose on residents younger than 16 would contravene the provincial Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms, the province's human rights commission said Tuesday. The town of 2,600 residents is a short distance southwest of Montreal. Huntingdon has been plagued by vandalism in recent months Whitehorse - The Yukon has become the fourth jurisdiction in the country to legalize gay marriages. The Yukon Supreme Court ruled that two gay men, Stephene Dunbar and Rob Edge, should be able to marry, and they will, this Saturday.
