Mississaugua, Ont. - Police confirmed Sunday that the human remains found in a wooded ravine west of Toronto are those of nine-year-old Cecilia Zhang, who went missing last October. Police had to use dental records to identify the body because it was decomposed. Danny Williams' Progressive Conservative government is expected to spell out the terms of the job losses in its first budget on Tuesday. Many will be trimmed through attrition, but hundreds are expectedl be laid off. As many as 30,000 workers could walk off the job as their contracts expire. The government is seeking a two-year wage freeze and pension concessions to help it deal with a deficit that could reach $1 billion within a couple of years unless spending falls.
