Ottawa Ð The Supreme Court of Canada has unanimously upheld the right of police to seize DNA from people suspected of serious violent crimes. The case is the first judicial test of legislation passed in 1998 that allows police, if they obtain a judge's warrant, to take DNA samples from suspects in crimes such as rape or murder. Toronto Ð The military is increasingly concerned about a Canadian solder who vanished this summer. Sgt.
