National Addictions Awareness Week Activities List Crazy Hat Day: Wednesday, November 17 - Wear a crazy hat to show your support for National Addictions Awareness Week. If your business would like to compete for a chance to win a prize call CADAC Centre at 688-8291 to register. Family Dance: Saturday, November 20 at Flin Flon Community Hall from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. - Free admission - Open to all ages - For more information call the Community Youth Resource Centre at 687-7287, Radio Contest - Listen to CFAR 590 various times throughout the day the week of Monday, November 15 to Friday, November 19 for your chance to answer an addictions question and win an awesome prize! Displays - Displays will be set up during the week at the hospital, public library, Women's Resource Centre, Community Youth Resource Centre, Denare Beach Drop In at Denareplex, Friendship Centre and Extra Foods. - Visit all displays to compete in the Great Addictions Scavenger Hunt! Details at booths. Other activities to watch for during the week include placemats and "Sweet Fact" candies at local restaurants, the Healthy Youth Role Model Award and videos on Shaw Cable.
