The Wrath of God Is there such a thing as the wrath of God? Does the Bible teach such an idea and if it does what does it really entail? When we mention the "wrath of God" what picture does this conjure up in your min How would you react if I were to tell you that the wrath of God has already been poured out. If you have seen the move "The Passion of the Christ", you have witnessed a reenactment of the wrath of God God loves us so much that He was willing to go to these lengths on our behalf. Jesus endured great suffering because of his incredible love for us. This is the gospel that we are called to share all over the world including Flin Flon. If you know Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour you are saved from the wrath of God. If you don't, your sin and therefore your punishment has not been covered. God's real prupose and desire is to be merciful and gracious to us, therefore He has provided a Saviour for us. The Bible tells us very clearly that, "...God our Saviour ... wants all men to be saved and come to a knowledge of the truth." (1 Tim. 2:3,4) Jesus said, "...the Son of Man did not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them." (Luke 9:55)10/9/04
