Ivan (Chip) Frederick, the highest-ranking U.S. soldier charged in the abuse scandal, was also sentenced to a reduction in rank to private, to forfeit pay and a dishonourable discharge from the army. London - Britain's Prince Harry was hit in the face with a camera outside a London nightclub early Thursday, said a royal aide. The prince then cut a photographer's lip while pushing away a camera during the late-night scuffle, said a spokesperson for Clarence House, the office of his father. Third in line for the British throne, the 20-year-old is the second son of Prince Charles and the late Diana, Princess of Wales. Beijing - An explosion in central China has killed at least 60 coal miners, officials said Thursday. As many as 88 others are missing in what is being called China's most serious mine accident in years. Chinese officials say it's unlikely they'll be found alive. Investigators say that there was a rapid buildup of gas in the Daping mine in central Henan province southwest of Beijing before the blast. Close to 300 of the mine's 446 employees escaped alive.
