Dublin - Mourners lined up at a church in Ireland Wednesday as world leaders condemned the apparent killing of international aid worker Margaret Hassan. The family of the 59-year-old CARE International director said Tuesday it believed she was the woman shown being shot in the head on a video obtained by Arab television station Al-Jazeera. About 1,000 people paid tribute to Hassan at a special church service in Kenmare in southwest Ireland, the area where her mother was born and her sister lives. A candle had been lit in the church every day since she was abducted in mid-October. Hassan, who held British, Irish and Iraqi passports, was kidnapped from her car last month in Baghdad. Moscow - New nuclear weapons systems being developed in Russia could include a missile designed to defeat the U.S. missile defence shield. Speaking with senior military leaders in Moscow on Wednesday, President Vladimir Putin said research and testing are underway for new missile systems unlike anything in other countries' arsenals. Miami - A decade-old grilled cheese sandwich bearing what could be the image of the Virgin Mary is garnering intense interest on an internet auction site. The sandwich went up for sale on eBay last week, drawing bids of as much as $22,000 US before the auction site pulled the item down on Sunday. Nearly 100,000 page views had been recorded before the auction was ended.
