Budapest - Police in Hungary say they've foiled a plan to blow up the new Holocaust museum in Budapest. According to Israeli radio reports, Israeli President Moshe Katsav's office says he was the target of the plot. Katsav is on a three-day visit to the country, during which he will attend Thursday's opening of the Holocaust Memorial Centre. Police have arrested three Arab nationals. Moscow - Several foreign governments are urging their citizens to get out of Iraq as a wave of abductions continues to spread across the country. Russia's largest contractor said on Tuesday it's pulling all 370 staff from Iraq. Tekhpromexport had been building a power station in the country. Four Italian security guards working in Iraq were reported missing on Tuesday. Italy's foreign ministry said the civilians worked for the U.S.-based DTS Security company. Moscow - Rescue teams in Russia have found the body of a 45th miner in a Siberian coal mine. The victims were killed in a gas explosion at the mine on Saturday. Rescuers had been working around the clock, sometimes digging with their bare hands, to reach possible survivors. Several miners did manage to find their way out of the shaft after the explosion. Others who had serious burns were pulled free. The accident is being called the worst in the region in the last seven years.
