Hapnot won 27 combined medals in the Zone 11 track championships in The Pas in late May. Shaw won zone gold in the event, qualifying for the provincial championship.

The school earned another top-ten finish from hurdler Brayden Abbott, who finished the JV boys’ 100-metre hurdles in 17.25 seconds and 10th place.

Abbott did not qualify for the final round in the event.
