Remembrance Day

Dear Editor,

On behalf of Branch #73 of the Royal Canadian Legion we wish to convey our appreciation to all those who participated in our annual Remembrance Day Parade on Saturday past. It was another fine turnout as we welcomed new faces.

To the RCMP, cenotaph dignitaries and guards, Legion colour party, Legionnaires, Ladies Auxiliary, and local area fire departments, you form the base that makes the parade possible each and every year. There would be no parade without your dedication. Special thanks this year to the leaders, parents, and youth of the Rangers, Pathfinders, Guides, Brownies, and Sparks for your enthusiastic support, and to the 2328 Army Cadets for your outstanding performance both on parade and during the wreath laying ceremony.

Thank you for joining us and we hope to see you again next year.

Lest we forget.
