Two adults were arrested and face drug trafficking charges after Flin Flon RCMP discovered drugs and paraphernalia during a routine traffic stop.

After pulling over a vehicle in Flin Flon Oct. 14, RCMP found the driver, an adult male, had an active warrant. Police arrested the man and, after searching, found drug paraphernalia in the vehicle and four grams of crack cocaine and a small amount of ecstasy on the passenger.

RCMP have not released the names of the two people involved, but have charged both the driver and passenger with possession for the purpose of trafficking and remanded them into custody.

The date of the duo’s first appearances in court is unknown.
