The Flin Flon School Division (FFSD) board wants to hear from the public while formulating the upcoming division budget.
An online survey is now on the FFSD website, asking respondents to detail how they feel the board should allocate funds for the next fiscal year. A series of questions detailing what the division’s priorities should be, whether things should be added or reduced from the previous budget and any areas of concern are included in the survey.
FFSD superintendent Constance McLeese said it was the first time the board had used its website to gauge public opinion for a budget.
“I don’t think we’ve ever done this before,” she said.
The survey will be available into the new year and can be found at ffsd.mb.ca.
