A week after the interview with JNT, Clément Hamelin and Ariane Malenfant on Make noise for Jesus at Everyone talks about it, the Christian influencer expressed more remorse over this controversial moment.
JNT opened his phone camera to address several points, alone. “In full disclosure, it’s been a rough and mentally difficult week.”
The web star dropped the humorous and detached side to admit that the controversy began to affect him when he realized that the comments were continuing.
What particularly affected him were the Christians who singled him out for his comments, even though he was part of this community. He learned “a lot of lessons in humility from that”.
“Did I do you well, or did I do you wrong? One thing was certain: I arrived unprepared. I arrived in a boxing match and I hadn’t trained for it. »
JNT says in this video that he was self-centered, and that he put himself in front of God’s message. He admits he was stupid
“I wanted to address non-Christians who were hurt by my comments. If anything, it closed them off from the love of God. I apologize because I lacked compassion and I was very insensitive,” he said.
“I also apologize to mothers who have experienced abortions for calling them murderers. »
JNT also explains that he is rather indifferent, in general, when something does not affect him personally, but he is working on this trait.
He remains firm in his positions as a believer, but his message is that he regrets the way he conveyed his thoughts.
