He started to work early in life. At 16 he drove for Transport and following that worked for Resources at Wekusko. He then moved to Flin Flon and began working for HBM&S and married his first wife, Emily. After Bob and Emily parted, Bob and Marg married and their blended family consisted of Dawn, Kerry, Monique, Bryan, Crystal, Renee, Rachelle, Anita, Dean, Robbie and Bonnie. He looked forward to Mondays when Marg went to her meeting and the guys would come for coffee and most recently his great grandson's visits which also included daughters, granddaughters and grandsons. Bob did not need a calendar to know when company was coming. Family suppers were a great event for him and something he looked forward to.
