A sailor with family connections to Flin Flon found success at the Summer Paralympics in Rio.

Logan Campbell, 28, was a member of Canada’s bronze-winning sonar-class sailing team.

He is the grandson of long-time area resident Glen R. Campbell and the son of former resident Leigh Campbell. Both Glen and Leigh are also sailors who last year sailed with Logan on a boat known as the Three Generation Boat.

Logan lost his right arm below the elbow in a sailing accident. He also competed in the 2012 Paralympics.
