Flin Flon MLA Clarence Pettersen announced Wednesday he will seek re-election as an independent candidate.
"I don’t think my job is done,” he told The Reminder. “I’m proud of the four-and-a-half years that I’ve put in. I’m proud of the $180 million that I got committed to this [riding].”
Pettersen spent the past term as a New Democrat but lost the party nomination to Tom Lindsey in late 2015.
