A summary of calls to the Flin Flon RCMP for the period of Monday, Nov. 7 to Sunday, Nov. 13, as provided by the RCMP:

Monday, Nov. 7

• Report of a hit-and-run that occurred somewhere between the Flintoba Shopping Centre lot and Main Street.

• Report of mischief to vehicles on Third Avenue. Matter under investigation.

• Report of an alarm at a Willow Crescent residence. When police arrived, the outer front door was slightly open but all other entry points were secure.

• Report of an intoxicated female refusing to leave a Tweedsmuir Street residence. Police attended but the female had left.

• Report of suicidal threats on Terrace Avenue.

• Report of an intoxicated female sleeping on the sidewalk on Third Avenue. Police were able to locate the female and relocate her to a warm cell for the night.

• Report of an unwanted female at a residence on Church Street. Police attended and the female was taken to a friend’s house for the night.

• Report of a domestic assault at a North Avenue residence. An intoxicated female had run off when she heard police were coming. Police continued to make patrols and returned to the residence, where she was located and taken to cells. She was later released to appear in court.

Tuesday, Nov. 8

• Report of a person missing from North Avenue. The female was not missing but was in fact in police custody from the night before.

• Report of a hit-and-run that occurred somewhere in Flin Flon.

• Report of a group of intoxicated males on Main Street. Police patrolled the area but were unable to locate the group.

• Report of an intoxicated male sleeping on the steps of a Hapnot Street residence that did not belong to him. Police located the male and took him to cells to sober up.

• Report of a disturbance outside of a Steventon Boulevard residence. A group of girls was trying to start a fight with a female resident. Police attended but the group was gone. Police spoke with both involved and the matter resolved itself.

• Police received an incomplete 911 call to a Ross Street residence. The caller asked for police and hung up. Police arrived and spoke with the intoxicated female caller, who said her daughter and brother were sober but did not want to sit and watch a movie, so she wanted them out. The daughter and brother had left prior to police arrival. The female caller was warned that this was not a proper use of 911.

• Police patrolling Hill Street located an intoxicated male staggering toward the 100 Stairs. Police attempted to find him a place to stay with a family member, but eventually, after several failed attempts, he was provided space in a cell for the night.

• Report that a male had been stabbed on Hill Street. Police attended and spoke with the male, who refused to cooperate. The injuries were minor and the matter was concluded.

• Report of a female needing medical assistance on Hapnot Street. 

• Police patrolling Church Street located an intoxicated female yelling at no one. The female was taken into custody. She also had a warrant for her arrest and was on conditions not to drink alcohol. She was later released to appear in court.

Wednesday, Nov. 9

• Report of a possible impaired driver heading into Flin Flon from Channing Road. Patrols of the area were made but the vehicle was not located.

• Report of an intoxicated male sleeping in the lobby of a Main Street business. Police located the male, who was not intoxicated. He was asked to move along.

• Report of an intoxicated male trying to fight people at a Creighton Street residence. He was gone before police arrival and the caller did not want charges.

Thursday, Nov. 10

• Report of a break-and-enter to a Callinan Street residence. The caller came home to find an unknown male sleeping inside the residence. Police attended and took the male to cells. He was later released to appear in court.

• Report of an intoxicated male refusing to leave a Main Street business. He left when he heard police were coming. He was located staggering on Fourth Avenue and taken to cells for the day.

• Report of a domestic assault on Willis Avenue. Police attended and took the involved male into custody. He was released to appear in court at a later date.

• Report of a loud party on Callinan Street. Police attended and spoke with the owner, who agreed to shut the party down for the night.

Friday, Nov. 11

• Report of a group of youths trying to get into vehicles on Whitney Street. Police attended the area and conducted patrols. Three males were spotted in the bushes on Bracken Street. The group then ran into the creek, thinking the officers would not follow. The group then headed into the Aspen Grove area, where to their surprise they were met by an officer on foot who was able to apprehend one of the youths. The youth was remanded into custody and is facing charges for breaching his curfew and resisting arrest.

• Report of a fight outside a Hillcrest Avenue residence. Police attended and spoke with the homeowner. The people fighting had left when they heard police were coming. Patrols of the area were made but the fighters were not located.

• Report of an assault on Main Street. The caller was walking to a friend’s house when an intoxicated female punched her. The female then ran off. Matter under investigation with charges pending.

Saturday, Nov. 12

• Report of an incomplete 911 call on Timber Lane. Police spoke with the lone property rep, who did not call 911.

• Report of threats on Hill Street. The caller reported a male was wanting to fight him. Both involved were spoken with and the matter was resolved.

• Report of a fight on Queen Street. The caller could see a male yelling at a group and throwing himself against the side of the house. Police attended and spoke with the group and the lone male. The male began yelling and swearing at the group. He was taken to cells to sober up.

Sunday, Nov. 13

• Report of a break and enter on Wallace Avenue. Matter under investigation.
